Product Return Procedure
Buyers requesting to return an order must contact DirectITSource.com to receive return authorization/instructions prior to returning the product and must do so by contacting DirectITSource.com either by calling 888-625-8881 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm PST, Monday – Friday or emailing at email@example.com.
Buyers requesting to return products may do so by paying the cost of shipping the items back to DirectITSource.com and shall be charged a fee of $25.00 or 15%, whichever is higher.
No Returns on Special Orders or Software will be accepted - only exchanges
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require prior authorization. All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyers must request and complete the RMA form and receive a RMA Number which is valid for 10 days only and the returned products must be received by DirectITSource.com within 10 days from the date the RMA # is provided. Write the RMA # on the return box where it can be visible to the Returns Department.
Product Stated as Defective
If DirectITSource.com determines the Buyer sent a product with a different serial number, missing items, or the product was damaged by the Buyer, the RMA will be cancelled and the amount of any credits will be billed back to the credit card on file.
Physical Damage to Product and Voiding of Warranty
All products with physical damage or when a Buyer incorrectly installs a product causing it to malfunction or break shall void any warranty coverage and the product cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage of each specific product. In the event, a Buyer attempts to return a broken item to DirectITSource.com, we shall ship the broken item back to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense.
