Product Return Procedure

Buyers requesting to return an order must contact to receive return authorization/instructions prior to returning the product and must do so by contacting either by calling 888-625-8881 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm PST, Monday – Friday or emailing at [email protected].

Buyers requesting to return products may do so by paying the cost of shipping the items back to and shall be charged a fee of $25.00 or 15%, whichever is higher.

No Returns on Special Orders or Software will be accepted - only exchanges

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns require prior authorization. All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyers must request and complete the RMA form and receive a RMA Number which is valid for 10 days only and the returned products must be received by within 10 days from the date the RMA # is provided. Write the RMA # on the return box where it can be visible to the Returns Department.

RMA Policy

Product Stated as Defective

  • Contact to request a RMA# within 3 Business Days of receiving the order.
  • RMA # is issued within 3-5 Business Days after receiving a request. Once RMA # is issued and the Return request authorized, only then an exchange can be initiated.
  • Buyer must return the product to at the Buyers expense, in original packaging, and without any markings. Upon arrival, RMA Dept. will test the product to ensure product is defective.
  • If the product is defective, shall credit the Buyer for the paid shipping charges and ship the replacement to the Buyer.

If determines the Buyer sent a product with a different serial number, missing items, or the product was damaged by the Buyer, the RMA will be cancelled and the amount of any credits will be billed back to the credit card on file.

Refund Request

  • For refunds contact and request RMA # within 3 days of receiving product. Refunds can only be issued within the 30-days period. No Exceptions.
  • RMA is issued within 3-5 days of request. Buyer has 10 days from the date of receiving the RMA # to return the product back to at the Buyers expense, or the RMA will be canceled.
  • shall test the product to ensure the product is not broken or damaged and serial numbers match; shall credit product and shipping fees to Buyer if the product fails testing.
  • shall charge the Buyer a minimum of $25 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is higher for Non-Defective Returns.

Physical Damage to Product and Voiding of Warranty

All products with physical damage or when a Buyer incorrectly installs a product causing it to malfunction or break shall void any warranty coverage and the product cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage of each specific product. In the event, a Buyer attempts to return a broken item to, we shall ship the broken item back to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense.
